The revitalization of the waterfront Rushbrook Trail was completed in June 2018, and was a partnership between Kaien Trails, the Port of Prince Rupert, the Rotary Club of Prince Rupert, the City of Prince RupertCN, and Pinnacle Renewable Energy Group.

Park either at the Rushbrook Floats (pay parking required) or at the Seal Cove Slough (free parking). Follow the signage. Garbage cans and dog waste bags can be found at either end of the route.

As per the Master Trail Plan, the Rushbrook trail will be updated to be a multi-use trail that will accommodate cyclists and wheelchairs.
